Applications:
The high temperature, flame retardant cables are designed for use in the properties, lighting and commercial premises. They are suitable for connecting devices with a voltage rating of 300V that are subject to low mechanical stress. The cable is recommended to be installed with cable conduit protection.
Construction:
• A) Conductor: 2.5 mm sq Stranded Copper
Stranding and Resistance Chart to BS6360, IEC 60228 & VDE 0295
Option 1) Class 2 7 x 0.67 mm or equivalent
Option 2) Class 5 48 x 0.26 mm or equivalent
• B) Mica Tape: at least 120% overlapped coverage
strands in a helical fashion around a conductor
• C) Sheath: Low Smoke Zero Halogen material
Thickness not less than 2 mm

• The level of hydrochloric acid not greater than 0.5% based on testing IEC 60754: 1
• The level of light transmittance conformed with IEC 61034 standard.
• Temperature index of single / bundled cable not less than 280°C in accordance with the test ASTM D2863 / BS EN ISO 4589.
• The bedding and oversheath of cable exceeds oxygen index of 35 when tested in accordance with ASTM D2863 / BS ISO 4589.
• The cable sheath is waterproof. It is resistant to Sunlight and UV light.
• IEC 60754: part 1 Test on gases evolved during combustion of materials passed.
