Mobile Trolley
SIGNALMAX.NET created a mobile trolley for displaying the structure of Mass Transit Railway station (MTR Hong Kong) in July 2020. Our engineers designed this trolley with an emphasis on effective cable management, incorporating features for control cable organization. It combined metal sheet with special painting, acrylic fibre, and ventilation fans to optimize its functionality. The trolley includes a computer ventilator, a venting plate, and a metal sheet with a Din-Rail installed at the center. Additionally, it has four wheels for mobility, an acrylic window for an LCD panel, and an ethernet faceplate for connectivity. The painting is based on a tailor-made Pantone color, and there's an internal stand to securely hold the LCD monitor inside the trolley alongside a fibre enclosure for added protection.
