Production Line A

Metal CNC / Laser Cutting Factory in Songgang, Shishan Town, Foshan, the PRC is equipped with an Amada Computer Numerical Control machine capable of producing various metal pieces. For high precision requirements, we utilize a laser engraving and cutting machine that effectively removes excess material or cuts through to achieve the desired shape.


We can create different finishes and shapes, bend the sheet, and punch holes tailored to your product housing based on your schematic drawing. Our metal stamping machine applies multi-layer pressing on different component parts on the surface of the metal sheet, ensuring that deviation in measurement is controlled within 0.05 mm.


Processed metal sheets are transferred to our in-house spraying workshop, where we apply coatings that comply with IP standards. We specialize in the production of chassis, network cabinets, rack mount fiber panels, and wall mount fiber enclosures.

Cable Factory is located in Phase 2, Dakeng Industrial Park, Guanyuan, Foshan, the PRC. 


The quality of the conductor is fundamental to ensuring optimal conductivity. We adopt the ASTM B3 standard to process conductors with precision in aspects like softening, resistivity, elongation, and dimensional measurements, all vital for applications such as fiber enclosures and network cabinets.


Our cable formation machine complies with TIA/EIA standards, and a mould injection machine is strategically located next to the cable pulling machine, allowing us to create the jacket on wires efficiently, ideal for integrating with rack mount fiber panels.


Production runs smoothly under the supervision of an automation program. Throughout the process, we continuously monitor capacitance and characteristic impedance to ensure superior performance. 


An in-line quality control (QC) process is conducted to guarantee that any quality deviation remains within the user’s request, ensuring that our final products meet the highest standards.

Our plastic mould factory specializes in precision mould design, tooling, and manufacturing services for a variety of plastic components, including those used in telecommunications, electrical, networking, and industrial applications. We are particularly skilled in creating custom solutions like fiber enclosures, network cabinets, and rack mount fiber panels. The factory is equipped with CNC machining, EDM spark erosion, milling, drilling, and polishing facilities that support the complete mould-making process from prototype development to mass production tooling.


With a team of experienced engineers and skilled technicians, we are able to produce accurate mould cavities, inserts, sliders, and mechanical structures based on customer drawings, 3D models, or sample products. Each mould is crafted with meticulous attention to dimensional accuracy, surface finish, durability, and production efficiency. Utilizing CNC and EDM processing allows us to produce complex plastic parts with stable quality and repeatable performance.


Our factory also supports custom plastic enclosure projects, faceplates, cable management accessories, plastic fibre boxes, telecom parts, and other injection-moulded components. From mould design review to trial production, our team collaborates closely with customers to enhance product structure, minimize tooling risk, and optimize manufacturing costs.

Product Drawing

2D and 3D Drawing Support


We provide professional 2D and 3D drawing support for telecom, fiber optic, data network, and customised plastic or metal products. Accurate drawings are essential for product design, mould development, sample approval, production control, and technical communication with customers.


Our engineering team can prepare drawings based on customer ideas, existing products, physical samples, photos, or installation requirements. Whether the project involves a new product concept, product modification, internal structure improvement, or tailor-made accessories, we can develop clear and practical drawings to support the design and manufacturing process.


SignalMAX.NET can also create drawings directly from customer samples. By arrangement, our team can visit the customer’s site to measure the sample, check the installation environment, understand the application requirement, and then prepare suitable 2D technical drawings and 3D models for review.

This service helps customers convert existing samples or project ideas into workable engineering documents. It is especially useful for Internet Service Providers, telecom contractors, system integrators, and network suppliers who require customised products instead of standard off-the-shelf items.

Metal Processing

Metal CNC, Laser Cutting and Sheet Metal Fabrication


We work with a capable metal CNC and laser cutting facility to support the production of precision metal parts for telecom, networking, electrical, and industrial applications. The factory is equipped with Amada Computer Numerical Control machinery for producing a wide range of metal components with accurate dimensions and consistent quality.


For high-precision requirements, laser engraving and laser cutting machines are used to remove excess material, cut through metal sheets, and create accurate shapes according to the customer’s design. We can support different metal finishes, sheet bending, hole punching, forming, and customised structures based on schematic drawings, product housing requirements, or project specifications.


Our metal stamping process allows multi-stage pressing and forming on different component sections, helping to maintain accurate surface structures and dimensional control. Where required, measurement deviation can be controlled within 0.05 mm to support precision assembly and reliable product fitting.


After processing, metal sheets can be transferred to our in-house spraying workshop for surface coating and finishing. These coatings help support product durability, appearance, and IP-rated enclosure requirements.

Quality and Product Testing

Holistic Quality Control and Product Testing


SignalMAX.NET follows a holistic approach to product testing and quality control, covering every stage from raw material selection to finished product inspection. We believe reliable telecom and network products begin with stable materials, accurate processing, and continuous monitoring throughout production.


For cable products, conductor quality is fundamental to electrical performance. We process and inspect conductors with reference to ASTM B3 requirements, focusing on annealing condition, resistivity, elongation, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy. During cable production, key parameters such as capacitance, characteristic impedance, conductor alignment, insulation condition, jacket appearance, and cable geometry are monitored to ensure stable transmission performance.


For metal products, such as chassis, network cabinets, rack mount fibre panels, and wall mount fibre enclosures, our quality checks cover dimensional accuracy, hole position, bending angle, surface flatness, coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and overall fitting. Where required, processed metal parts are inspected to ensure that assembly tolerance, surface finish, and enclosure protection meet customer and project requirements.


For plastic products, including fibre boxes, faceplates, cable management accessories, and injection-moulded components, our testing focuses on moulding accuracy, material consistency, surface appearance, locking structure, mounting points, impact resistance, heat resistance, protection rating and product durability. Trial samples are reviewed before mass production to reduce tooling risk and improve product reliability.


Our holistic QC process includes raw material checking, in-line process control, sample inspection, functional verification, visual inspection, dimensional measurement, assembly testing, and final product review.
