Production Line A
Metal CNC / Laser Cutting / Metal Stamping Factory
is situated in Shashui, Songgang Town, Foshan, PRC.
Production line is equiped with Amada Computer Numerical Control machine to produce metal pieces. For high precision requirement, we adopt laser engraving/cutting machine to remove excess material or cut it through to create the desired shape.
We can make different finish, shape, bend the sheet and punch holes to your product housing based on schematic drawing.
Metal Stamping Machine creates multi-layer pressing on the different component parts on the surface of the metal sheet.
Deviation of measurement is controlled within 0.05 mm.
Processed metal sheets are put to Inhouse spraying workshop to make the coating according to IP standard. We produce network cabinet, rack mount fiber panel and wall mount fiber enclosure.
Production Line B
Cable Factory is located in Phase 2, Dakeng Industrial Park, Guanyuan, Foshan, PRC.
Quality of conductor is the basis of conductivity. We adopts
ASTM B3 standard to process conductors in terms of softening, resistivity, elongation and dimensional measurements.
Cable formation machine according to TIA / EIA standard.
Mould injection machine is adjacent to the cable pulling machine to creates the jacket on wires.
Production is run and monitored by automation program.
Capacitance & Characteristics Impedance are monitored during production.
In-line QC process is conducted to make sure that the quality deviation is within the user’s request during production
Cable and Connector Production
We supply not only shield or unshield cable but also connecting the cable with connectors. Our production team has a good knowledge about all aspects of the physical network layer of the IT infrastructure. We examine the electrical requirements., including electrical impedance, capacitance, insertion loss and return loss. In terms of physical requirements, our engineers consider different factors., such as, usability, durability, cost implication and standard compatibility. After creating the product, we can measure the cable performance by in-house testing machineries. We are the One-Stop Cable Supplier.
Product Testing
We conduct quality assurance (QA) testing during a stage environment, where product designers, engineers and our customers can test the features or functionality of a product before releasing it publicly. Our workshops are equipped with mechanical and electrical testing machines. We can generate the test result during different stage of product development. We test the fibre optics cables and accessories with a visible light source, power meter and optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR).
Besides mechanical testing, our engineers have 20 years experience in low-voltage electrical circuit design and cable developments. We conduct electrical testing on cables, cable TV products by HP analyser that provides insertion loss, return loss, isolation and video measurements.
Quality Control
Quality control involves testing units and determining if they are within the specifications for the final product. SIGNALMAX.NET adopts Total Quality Management (TQM) consists of practices designed to improve the process performance of a company.
