We offers Telecom Manufacturing Services, focus on datacom product design and tailer-made enclosure manufacturing.
We have three product scopes.
1) Communication cables
For example, control cable, instrumental cable, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A and fiber optic cable.
2) Communication accessories
For example, ethernet, community antenna television and fiber optic termination accessories.
3) Enclosures
For example, equipment box, main distribution frame and cabinet.
They can be formed by die casting, computer numerical control (CNC) to automate the control, movement and precision of machine tools to cut, bend and punch the metal sheet according to the product drawing.
Our product designers have been working in the telecom industry for more than 18 years. We understand the international standards, such as, IEEE, TIA/EIA, UL and BS standard.
While realizing the need to follow standard(s) to produce cable / enclosures, our engineers are adept at fine-tuning the internal structures for fitting clients’ particular needs.
We aim at delivering a diverse product mix combining new product development service, quality, value, testing and product support service.
After our design being confirmed by our clients, our production team will make the product drawings and proceed the fast production of prototype.
Our production factories are small but flexible. We are willing to hand make samples and produce without minimum order quantity.
For example, if a buyer wants to buy one tailor-made equipment enclosure, we can design, make just one enclosure and export to anywhere in the world.
